Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the highest level of service to all our clients, we maintain a firm policy regarding appointments: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice will have any pre-paid fees applied as a credit toward your future tax or advisory services. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a late-cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice ("No-Show"), your booking fee will be forfeited in full to cover the reserved time of our professional staff. Document Readiness: Please ensure all required documents are uploaded to the secure client portal 48 hours prior to your meeting. If documents are missing, we reserve the right to reschedule your session to maintain our commitment to accuracy.
